Rated 4 out of 5 by from Honest Review I have used TurboTax in the past and to be honest, it has been a very reliable and trustworthy site, however, I have had some issues when using TurboTax this year they required me to have a personal id number to file my taxes, the issue is that I never received this number from the IRS in the mail and I had to spend several hours on the phone to gain this number because the IRS website link for the online ID number was not working. All in all, TurboTax was very good and very simple to use.
