Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use I've used Turbo Tax for the past few years and it has made the headache of paying taxes SO much easier! Love the option to talk to a real person if I run into trouble and all the helpful tips on why things work the way they do.

I will no longer use this software however as the loss of free preparation and filling makes this no longer viable. The cost is too high!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked Great It was easy to use and understand. When I had problems or questions it even had the solution or answer that I needed. My only complaint is that because of some kind of retirement deposit that gave me $24 I had to pay $89 to upgrade to deluxe. this turned my around $545 that I would have gotten down to $365. Although I am happy to get anything back, this was still disappointing since I thought it was going to be free when I started. Regardless of that, I still am happy with my expeirnce and will be using TurboTax again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from That was flippin great I loved how easy this was. All the info was still saved from last year. My fav was when the little chat box popped up on the side to see how I was doing. That was a good touch.
