I love that you can have them to call you and help when you run into problem. This Ms leilani help me, very sweet lady. She took her time and was very understanding about what i need done. Thank sweet lady, and turbo tax as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the company it once was! It was a very bad experience and we have been using Turbo Tax for 15yrs+. I was constantly be offered more expensive programs that I did not need. Advertising claims it is free, but it is not. Why not be honest, you are going to charge!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating I used online Turbo Tax Premier and the learn more information was not up-to-date with the program (it would tell me to look in the wrong place for something). I paid extra for help and the people I spoke to were very nice, but were not familiar with the latest version of the program and spent a very long time trying to help, but did not know where to find things either. I spent around 2 hours on the phone and chatting with people and they were very little help. It was extremely frustrating to have paid for extra help and to not have the people up-to-date on the latest version of the program.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from still has glitches for some reason our 1099-G triggered an unusual glitch, but with using the chat function she said to re-enter it and that worked. Fix your bugs TurboTax! I had to pay extra to get the chat function and did so mainly because there are ALWAYS some weird glitches in this software.
