Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time I used Live Assisted Deluxe I tried other tax software and Turbo Tax wins. It was easy to chat with someone and she set me straight. I'll keep using it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing Better The UI / UX was made in mind in order to keep people on the site and force us to pay by prolonging the process....or that is what it feels like. Increasingly less efficiently as it was years before in my opinion. I also was never prompted to enter the discount code that was provided to me through the mail. For some reason, I also have to pay Jersey taxes even though I am a PA resident even when I selected the options that showed that I am not a Jersey resident - like how I've been doing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Timer and will do again! I was nervous because I typically go to a preparer for my taxes. This year I really could afford it so I used Turbo Tax instead. Even with 3 states 4 W2s and a 1099 I was able to do it with ease! Love it and will use it again next year!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Working Very Well on Mac Got into a few loops where screens were repeated. E-file is not working and hard to find support for questions. The software for 2022 Tax Returns does not seem to work as well on Mac as it did in the past.
