High-quality support with the fine differences in taxpayer situations has always been intelligent and supportive. Love the product and have loved watching it develop and refine over its approximately 20 years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forced to pay for Deluxe? I have used Turbo tax for years and have never had to upgrade to upgrade to Deluxe because of my 401k? This year I had to upgrade to "Deluxe" for my new 401k in order to process my refund. When I proceeded to deduct this fee from my return I was charged $39 extra on top of the $39 fee for because I couldn't pay for it when I filed? Just wow...
