Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a slam dunk way to file taxes.. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. The software walks you thru all steps in simple instructions. There was an error with the NYS return due to a TurboTax SW error, but refiling was easy and swift.

If you have all document prepared and ready to file, Turbo Tax literally walks you through every single step on how to file. If you happen to miss a piece of information or if something is entered incorrectly, the system will alert you so that you may fix it. Even if you don't have all documents readily available, confused on what you need to file, or just have questions, there are professional Tax agents available through chat or readily available by phone call to assist with anything you need. I love Turbo Tax services.
