Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is helpful I have used Turbo tax for years and will continue. However, this year is the first year I have had several issues. First issue, I got all the way to donations and it wouldn't let me use the you value my donation. Even with help from Turbo Tax I had to clear out my entire return and start over. Second, I am unable to print any of the forms. Even with help I still couldn't print.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some difficulty downloading pre-purchased Turbotax The online download of my pre-purchased copy of Turbotax was less than satisfactory. I was able to figure out how to download but the steps noted in the pre-purchased copy of Turbotax were less than satisfactory and the online instructions of how to register my pre-purchased copy of Turbotax were less than satisfactory. Make it easier to register your pre-purchased copy of Turbotax would improve my rating. Additionally, rather than a pre-purchased CD (as many laptops no longer have CD drives, consider a USB drive. Other than the registration of my pre-purchased copy of Turbotax, I have used Turbotax for several years and happy with the product.
