Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made it easy! We moved to a different state mid-year, and I was worried that filing state taxes was going to be really tricky. TurboTax made it easy, and when I had a question, their tax pros were able to help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great system. Great customer service I have been using turbo tax for several years. The system seems to get easier every year. No waiting for days or emailing back and forth to get help. Customer service is right at your finger tips literally and do not have to wait for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I felt sad afterwards Theres no way around not paying the fees. I was laid off due to covid-19 in 2020 and had to claim my severance pay as income. Hurt my soul to see that I was charged $90 just for that. $90 is a lot of money to me, especially in hard times, and along with the state taxes being $50 and then the processing fee of $40, a total of almost $200 is being taken out of my refund. I'm just sad honestly and really could use that $200 :(
