Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I assumed that Deluxe Live would automatically have someone review all of my filing. Instead, it just allowed for me to ask questions. I didn't have any specific questions, but I wanted someone to review it all. Also, the scan for one of my 1099 was incorrect, putting the wrong state for me, which didn't manifest until the final review. I had to go back, delete, and enter it by hand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Questionable, this year 1. it calculated an early withdrawal penalty on money I took from my 401k, even though I'm 68 years old? 2. I just got a new laptop. even with TT support, removing all firewall and virus protection from that laptop, rebooting twice, redownloading everything twice, we could no make it run on my new machine?
