All I have to do is put in current info and review it! I have had a great experience for many years and will continue to use it!

The assistance of a live expert could have made my experience a lot more effective. Hoever, the steps were quite descriptive. little room for mistakes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thanks Turbo Tax I like Turbo tax, its convenient and helpful. However: the primary reason we switched from H&R block to Turbo tax was the cost of service. Im not exactly confident when I file my taxes online but I like all of the back up checks and expert assistance. That being said, the cost difference from having a CPA do my taxes vs Turbo tax is now a $20 difference. I hope Turbo tax can get the price back down otherwise I do not know if it will continue to be a clear cut decision moving forward.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from confusing Turbo tax changed our 1099-INT forms: it doubled some entries and it mixed up the amounts of other entries which cut return in half. We realized the issue and were able to correct but it made us doubt turbo tax
