He helped us answer any and all questions we had all throughout the experience. One of my best experiences using turbo tax and took so much time to explain and answer all questions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Time saver with precautions All was going well until a pop up asked me if I needed advice; and it indicated it was "included" (i.e., no added charge as I understood). I did need advice because of a missed RMD distribution and the tax advisers on chat and phone were very helpful. Then I was suddenly hit with an $89 extra charge that I had to pay because of the advice and the extra filing form. I think this was deceptive and never explained or warned until it was already demanded. TT: make these little advice pop ups clear that they advice is available, but it could cost a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is amazingly simple I've been using TurboTax for years now and it's simply amazing how simple it makes completing a tax return. There is help offered at every step if you have questions. I couldn't recommend it enough and anyone who has their taxes done for them should seriously consider using it as it is much faster and a LOT more convenient!

This year I tried TurboTax online and saved hundreds of dollars and lots of headaches from my previous accountant. I would highly recommend the online version if you have a simple W2 return and with itemized deductions. Very user friendly and very inexpensive!
