The information is clear and anytime you need help the tax experts are there to answer your questions. The state section, however, was terrible. I had several bugs in the process of preparing my state returns, including my states being deleted and the information for one getting wiped when I finished another. These bugs also resulted in the software trying to charge me twice for the states. That seemed like it would be an easy issue to resolve, but it actually took 4 hours with several different customer service reps to get it fixed. If it hadn't been for the bugs regarding the states and paying for the states, this would have been a great experience. Instead I now regret my decision to use TurboTax. I will likely go elsewhere next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing! This is the second year I have used Turbo Tax online and have had a great outcome both years. There was a hiccup this year, but was easily fixed. I used chat with help and right away was assisted. Problem fixed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax does good I thought the Capital Gain questions were vague for selling real estate. Had to enter multiple times to see what TurboTax was doing with the numbers. Would have been better off just filling out an 8949 form. Also ran into strange TurboTax behavior trying to pay with credit card for state return.
