Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO easier way to file your taxes Turbotax is simple to use. Easy to follow, clear instructions. Asks simple questions without having to worry about which line to fill out or having to subtract line e from line z to get total X or what not. I've used turbo tax for over 10 years and don't plan on using anything else. Did I mention it's FREE?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Service that looks nice but is littered with fees I already had a call with their feedback team about a few UI bugs I encountered, but every year I forget about all the fees they don't tell you about until you get to the very end. Getting the American Education Tax Credit? Need to pay $30 for deluxe version (discounted from $50 btw). Filing state taxes? That's another $30. Oh, here's the option to deduct the amount from your return so you don't have to pay right now. Guess what, that's another $30 (they don't tell you that until 1 button press away from submitting btw, make sure you look at the itemized total). There is a reason that the IRS isn't sponsoring TurboTax on their website for taxes this year. I wish I had more time and sanity or I would have restarted filing elsewhere.
