Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to use, but powerful and effective! I have been with TurboTax for three seasons at least, and it still impresses me aith all the short cuts and tips it provides making confident in filing and completing it with no problems. I will still continue to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was awesome. TurboTax made an unnecessarily complicated process much easier. And I think I forgot to review my live assistant. Pam P. Was awesome amazing and wonderful. And she was very knowledgeable. I couldn't have done it without her. She definitely deserves every penny she learns and more. I give her five stars, excellent, and if I could, more stars. She is an absolute asset to you. She was very professional too. I will definitely recommend TurboTax to my friends. And I can only hope that those who truly need help with their taxes get Pam as an assistant. Just one thing, on the transmit page, make the "I'm not a robot" thing easier to use. I had to load it four times for it to stay up long enough for me to hit it. Thank you so very much for your time and help.
