Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kansas State Filing problem The Federal tax process was great. The Kansas State would not file due to an error with K-40SVR form has caused continued errors. We worked with 2 different associates who walked us through deleting the form. But the "system" would not recognize the deleted forms and we had to delete filing for Kansas! The reps were great, but the system needs to be corrected!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax. TurboTax is easy to follow, and they showed me deductions I was not aware I qualified for. That is why I have used them for the past decade. I was more at ease after I chatted with a Live Agent who was very knowledgeable and looked over my documents quickly and helped me make adjustments where I needed. Thank you, TurboTax! I look forward to coming back next year again

Above all i dearly my Turbo Tax Chat Angels that hold my hand through the whole process and enable me to feel great about doing my taxes. If i could I'd send everyone I chatted with Roses and Chocolate I would, but they'll have to settle for virtual goodies as a token of my gratitude. Thank you Turbo Tax, you all rock, Pamela and Michael Drew
