Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is terrible TurboTax kept making me pay more money for every form I had to upload. Obviously it doesn't add any cost to TurboTax, but like "Oh... now upgrade to Deluxe!" And then they would ask me about things from my 2019 filings but not tell me where I could find them, even though I did that through TurboTax too. It's like the whole thing is just designed to take away as much money from you as possible while having like fun, friendly graphics.

The tax experts I spoke to were extremely informative: Rene- part 1 James- part 2 These people with many years experience in the tax world spoke to me in a language I could easily understand. They were very patient and very kind. My nominations for tax experts of the year go to Rene and James, they rocked it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems!!! Turbo Tax CA State PPP issues always I had an issue with the PPP loan between Fed and CA State. The state review by turbo tax said it was incorrect with errors due to the Fed and State balance sheet not agreeing. When you go to Fed form check the error and comeback and do the CA state tax again it adds the PPP again thus doubling the error. Took hours with self and CPA to find turbo tax did it correctly first time through you just have to ignore the error TT has. Tried to call help line 1 hour 15 minutes and no help! I have been using TT for over 25 years this is worse service and issues I have had.
