Entered information on one day and tried to log back in but that screen was locked for the rest of the day; almost quit and went to different service 2. Took me four or five times to get to next screen after reviewing taxes; tried various things until it finally went thru and processed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Works Great Step by step questions makes it very easy to complete yourself. Help is helpful. Fees are always a bit high since having to complete yourself but a little bit cheaper than a tax consultant.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfaction guaranteed! Turbo Tax has been the best program I've used to complete my taxes. The step by step instructions are easy to follow and very clear. If you don't understand something, they have these pop up boxes for more info and explanation if you need it. I am extremely satisfied with using Turbo Tax to file my taxes. I would definitely recommend it!
