Rated 2 out of 5 by from great service, bad software It was virtually impossible to pay with my credit card. a very nice person helped me figure it out. The solution was to remove my own address and insert 123 Main Street. why didn"t I think of that ???

She was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through the steps to resolve my issue. She is AWESOME!!! I have finally completed my return and successfully efiled it! Can't thank her enough.
