Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best! As usual, TurboTax walked me through each step, automatically uploading relevant information from last year. However, just before sending the fed and state forms off it advised me of an error on each of the returns. This happened last year too; however, this year I was not able to correct the errors. I inadvertently called a non-TurboTax service and wasted 20 minutes trying to understand the individual at the other end, who said the problem was a corrupt file and offered to fix it for $200. I hung up and then called TurboTax Customer Service and was fortunate enough to speak to Amy about my problem. After reassuring me that she would help me get through the stubborn issues, over the next few minutes, she patiently walked me through my returns and helped me to correct the two errors, which were certainly not obvious. With her help, I was able to submit both returns and can now look forward to my refunds. TurboTax Customer Service, and Amy in particular, are awesome!
