Rated 1 out of 5 by from ERROR CODE 567809 HAS NO tutorial for solutions Annoying to see the message "look like we're having trouble saving your return." It just can't be saved. I ended up to print out my tax and mail it. Stupid software.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was confusing Last year I filed my taxes with TurboTax, and it was quick and painless. However, this year they pretty much forced me into using the Max Benefits plan which I didn't need, and definitely didn't want. I don't know if the refund was just too much money, or if they thought that I put something in incorrectly and decided that they wanted to make me pay $117 for a service I didn't need, but it was just really irritating.
