Rated 1 out of 5 by from did not let me e-file need to update all your form you service is lacking in it completion platform, i needed to e-file not slow mail. but no because your program didn't have all the documents that i needed I could not sign and file for my covic19. replacement payment and now i not sure if it is done right at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy until you need online chat I filed both Federal and State in January and then recently I received an email that my state return was rejected. Of course there's no link in the email to fix it and trying to get to it on the website is futile as was the chat with Darrell who never came back to the chat after asking for a few minutes. Everything had to be done through my app.
