It would be nice if before you got started the tool would tell you, you will need the following to proceed; routing number, checking acct no, driver's license, credit card, a check, Adjusted Gross Income from prior year taxes, etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TT has failed State Filers in 2021_Fix it now My Federal Return was accepted but my CA State Return keeps getting rejected due to a "software issue" surrounding CA Tax credits and also related to Form 3849/PASReconcilliation. When I follow the prompts to "fix my return," TT software makes NO changes to fix anything, nor does it appear anything is actually wrong at all, I've revisited this issue over 15 times and everything looks correct. I also spent over 2 hours with assistance who was also baffled and could not help. Google the thread CA State Return Rejected Turbo Tax, and you'll see there are many (MANY!) CA state Filers who are also noting there is an INTUIT SOFTWARE issue affecting CA State Returns. Please fix it, I can't believe I paid $190 for this. I want my money back. I'm reaching out to the CEO as well. I'm so disappointed at the time I've had to spend on this.
