Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, filing was easy Everything was very easy to use. I was able to auto import a lot of my information from my employers, and this made things go even faster. It's also great that demographic information carries over year to year, so I don't need to spend a lot of time putting the same information in year after year. I've been using this for years now, and it seems to go by faster every time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Takes time and patience I believe this was my first time with TurboTax. For the past few years it was either a local preparer or other sites. The local guys keep jacking the rates up and majority of the time never remember who you are! lol Well, this site made it quite easy for me minus the small fee for the extra set of eyes watching you as your filing. Pretty much made it hassle free for me. Was a little nerve-wracking at first because I'm literally doing it by myself but once you get past looking over all the numbers, rest is a breeze! I even got more back then I usually do, so thank you TurboTax. I will save any further accolades until my refund is successfully processed and dropped into my bank account; but as of now, I will probably be a returning filer!
