Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great I did not engage with a staff. I was disappointed that I did not get an option to auto-pull/electronically pull my W2 this year. I remember being able to last year. Also the State tax refund did not edit properly, or rather it did not save my edits. The WI 1099G should have been able to be pulled electronically also and I did not that option either. There were multiple 1098 entries that pulled from last year then the correct ones did not save and I had to redo them. Thankfully it was caught or I would have been shorted over 1000 dollars in refund. I think there are some bugs in the app. Otherwise this application does make tax return filing simpler.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible for 2020 tax year. Bugs and glitches Been using turbo tax for years. Had i not already paid for turbo tax i would of went to a different software this year. Apparently there is a common issue when filling taxes that skips the state payment and causes a unable to efile. Rep on phone says to delete state forms and re-do. Well in doing this it completely jacked up our federal inputs, that we had to start over. Went all the way through, clicked review, and all of sudden there are random numbers in our federal inputs. 3rd time of having to input all of information into turbo tax. I'm really scared even after reviewing there are some bogus numbers or missing stuff due to these glitches. Reading comments on the help page seems like we arent the only ones having this issue.

After filling everything out, it was getting the addresses wrong, mix and matching them between different W-2s, and it kept wanting me to add a School District Tax, for which I have none
