Rated 3 out of 5 by from "Deluxe" Service I always use Turbotax, and I find the process rather pleasant. However, I'm quite annoyed. I was prompted to upgrade to the deluxe service ($40) due to a specific tax credit on my FEDERAL RETURN.. Ok, fine. That makes sense. They applied the $40 to the state AND federal, forcing me to pay $80 dollars. Advertise the real price or charge me the $40. Thanks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy With it This Year I was stuck and going in circles with the $300 cash donation for married couples. I don't know what I did but I ended up getting lower refunds. The question about the $300 appeared several times but when I went back to start contributions over that question never appeared again and we lost the deduction. Point is software kept telling me that the $300 value was inappropriate BUT GAVE NO INSTRUCTION AT ALL AS TO HOW THE HECK I FIX IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT.
