Rated 1 out of 5 by from Abysmal This is and has been the worst tax filing experience that I have ever been put through. Live chat agent was far less and useless, and my filing has been delayed 2 - 3 weeks...after being charged $111.00. Filers beware, turbo tax should not even be your last resort!

I found that weather if I need to do a tax return for the state (CO) I am working is not very clear and confusing, and turn out to be I do not need to file the tax return for CO. other than that it is fast and good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good I had an issue using web browser Duck Duck G0. It worked fine until I got to " Review your order". Your tech support was great and suggested using Chrome. I had to remove Duck Duck Go from my phone before it worked properly.
