Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great guidance along the way! Absolutely love Turbotax!!! 9th year filing with them and it is so easy!!! They cover everything. I genuinely feel that they get me the most help. They cover everything you could possibly think of. And if you are confused, there are faqs on the side bar or you can search for something at the top. Very user-friendly. Customer for life!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from your software is not working properly i had to hae two live helps. the system was not calculating my mortgage deduction properly. the first lady after about 45 minutes said she could not figure it out. the second lady spend two hours with me trying to figure out the issue. she had to try multiple options. this was a simple matter of two 1098's a loan and then a refinance. not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax I've been using TurboTax for years and just love how easy it is to work with. I have investments and RMD's to consider and SS income and I've never had an issue on my tax calculations. I get everything set up in early January and then just wait for my paperwork to arrive to finish the calculations. Every time I talk about taxes with my friends I always mention TurboTax and how much I love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I can't fix my state refund! You won't let me fix the error with my refund and I was told to wait till after the 19th. I need help and no one is giving it to me. I can't even get through to anyone over the phone and you don't have an actual person on the website to help. Nor is there a way for me to try to edit my documents myself to fix the error. Terrible.
