It won't let me submit state I hate that I spend so much money to use TurboTax yet their system won't let me file a state return because a W2 is adding incorrect lines into their software. The worst part is the W2 is imported from Intuit so their own system is screwing my tax return up. I still don't know how I can submit my state return and I can't talk to anyone other than a robot for help. I was supposed to receive a call back from customer support and never received a call.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unable to e-file in my state, no explanation This year I was unable to e-file my state taxes despite having done so every other year. Nothing in my situation had changed from last year. Complete waste of money, will not use again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Effective but Expensive! We love how easy it is to use TurboTax, but every year it gets more and more expensive. So expensive in fact that we are seriously considering doing our own taxes next year and mailing them the old fashioned way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Easy Tax Guidance Process The guidance process makes self filing a pleasant and low stress experience…it prompts you for all tax breaks that are applicable for your situation…it has a help box that briefly and clearly explains any concerns about the information you need to input…I’ve been using this platform form several years now and hands down it is one I would recommend to anyone who would like to start doing their own taxes even if you’ve never done them before!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Twice, I tried to utilize tax experts but they were not able to assist me. (An hour and half wasted.) They stated that a retirement specialist would contact me within the hour but nobody called. Very frustrating. Not sure why I had to pay the extra money when they were not able to assist me and failed to call me back.
