Called for help and the service women that answered kept me on hold for 15 minutes then when I was describing my problem she hung up and never called me back. Turbo Tax has been difficult to navigate, but the most frustrating part about this experience was certainly the poor customer service. This is the first time I used turbo taxes, let alone file it myself, and I was met with the most unprepared employees that made this experience very frustrating and am not likely to use turbo tax again.

I am now rethinking that I may go to a different product because, as I started doing my taxes, it indicated that you could file one state tax return free. However, when I went to e-file my federal and state, it was going to charge me a $20 filing fee and a $40 processing fee for my state return. Needless to say, I did not file my state return through Turbo Tax. I feel that this is very misleading and unethical as it clearly said that one state return could be filed for free. Now I have to redo my entire state return and I am not happy about that.
