Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is a Blast! I can't believe that this is my 7th year with Turbo Tax! Time is flying, but I continue to come back at tax time because Turbo Tax makes it easy to complete my forms and file. I trust Turbo Tax--and these days, I don't easily give my trust. :-)

The online help was very useful and I got a reply in about 1 minute. It solved my problem for me very quickly. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The only improvement would be to make the help button more obvious.

When I thought I missed printing something, and it had a question in blue , did you want to print that, took the anxiety away that I had missed my opportunity to print it. The what is next. The complete sentences that where clear and simple. The window to the right to explain what things where and had comments. The different price options including free. making it easy to give feed back. I found it thoroughly user friendly. Thankyou for all the time you have put into improving this Tax service!
