Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time using and it was great I have always had my taxes done by an accounting firm, but it got to costing too much for my taste. I decided to give this a try and I couldn't be happier. I was done within the expected time and now I don't have to waste time scheduling an appointment and waiting weeks. I also really liked the help screens because I needed help getting a transcript of my last return for AGI. The import of documents (w2, interest income, investment income) was a godsend.
