Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expected a better experience From the point of activating the program through to printing my final return I found glitches entering the information needed and moving from one screen to the next. A totally unsatisfying experience this year. Now that my Dad's financial situation has been simplified, I will be using one of the free filing options through the IRS site next year. I have been going that route for 7 years and have never had this much aggravation!!
