Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scam I've been using Turbo Tax for years to file my taxes. Until this year I've never had a complaint, but being charged to file electronically is ridiculous. AND you charged me a "secret" additional $39 on top of what you were transparent about?! Give me a break. What a joke. Will not be returning next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not happy with my return but great help! I wasn’t happy with my tax return numbers but my tax expert was able to answer all my questions and sorta explain why my return was so low. I appreciate everything he did to explain and solve my issues , thank you so much

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Simply Awesome1 I particularly enjoyed the navigation, ease of use, extensive coverage and helpful tips when filling and filing both my Federal and State Taxes. I wish I hadn't yielded to the temptation of using another software the previous year which wouldn't let me access my prior year's return - had to get my transcript via IRS site. Now, I can rest assured that filing with Turbo Tax next year will not be burdensome as relevant transferrable figures will automatically have been transferred - saves lots of time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using TurboTax was a really nice experience I hate doing my taxes each year because it is so uninteresting and boring to my ADHD self. This online tax representative process made it so easy to just sit back, relax, and let her take care of it. And, she was nice and cool to talk to! I highly recommend this if you want someone else to do the 'boring' stuff for you!!! The only con is that the user interface for uploading documents was a bit hard to use. It didn't say WHY a tax doc wasn't accepted. Some reasons could be the file is too big, or not the right format, but it didn't tell me exactly why..
