My refunds or payments have always been prompt. The cost is considerably less and more convienent than having someone else prepare our returns.

I've been using the Deluxe version as my taxes aren't that complicated....but just enough to need some help. They walk you through every single step. The questions are very detailed to make sure you don't miss anything. They offer explanations along the way that are very helpful. And I love the fun little supportive comments that pop up! Turbo Tax Deluxe does an AMAZING job and makes filing my taxes so easy. And affordable! I recommended it to a friend this year, and she loved it too! They have another new customer in her! Use this product!!
