Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was great and my LIVE helper was phenom! My Turbo Tax professional was absolutely amazing! I was thinking worst case scenario when my taxes wouldn't transmit and she told me exactly what was wrong in less than a few minutes, shared the screen and she walked me through how to fix what I needed to do. She stayed with me every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for anything better, truly! I am not a tax preparer, I do not like doing them and am always afraid I'm messing something up and she put me completely at ease!
