Rated 5 out of 5 by from MANY, MANY YEARS GETTING OUTSTANDING SERVICE Not sure if there is ANYTHING BETTER out there for you tax prep. I have used Turbo Tax for many, may years. It is BETTER THIS YEAR THAN EVER!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2020 Turbo Tax is not as good as past versions Have used TurboTax for many years and always pleased with app until 2020 version. This year it is buggy. Multiple times was asked to put info in that had already been recorded. Received notice that state tax return had been rejected 10 days after submission. TurboTax's support for that software error was not very helpful. Spent hours using the feedback from others - with the exact same TurboTax SW error issue - to resubmit after downloading more TurboTax updates. May not use TurboTax again after this years experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome! I had used Turbotax earlier. However, it is difficult to keep track of the changes over the years and Turbotax really helped. I would also like to callout names of the experts Carolyn & Michelle who provided helping hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and easy to file! I used H&R Block efiling online for a few years but would always loose access to my returns 6th month in... a stipulation of filing for free. I could never locate my AGI when I needed to file for the next year. Luckly the IRS will give you online access to your transcript and you can get your adjusted gross income from that. Turbo tax keeps all of your previously filed tax returns in online storage for free!
