Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2021 As a first time user with turbo tax I found my experience to be very convenient and easy to work with. Everything was self explanatory and when I did need some assistance I was able to reach out to the LIVE agents available to me. The first agent I reached out to was a very nice man by the name of Stacy, we engaged in a very informative conversation and he walked me through everything, by the end of the call I understood the next steps to come on my own. The second agent that helped me was also very helpful and answered all the questions I had. My overall experience was wonderful I will be using again next year.
