Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO REPRESENTATIVE-SCOTT MY EXPERIENCE WITH TURBO TAX LIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WAS AT A PLACE WHERE I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I HAD TO DO, WHICH IS WHY I CHOSE TO SPEAK WITH A REP. SCOTT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY ISSUE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but not cheap Easy and I was able to File my taxes by myself for the first time. It has an option to deduct the service fee from your tax return if eligible. The only downside I think its overpriced considering I did not have any income this year.
