Christa A was enjoyable and talked me down

They keep trying to charge me more and more -- putting adds in between pages -- and even after I've paid $66 for a simple tax return, it was next to impossible to e-file it. My tax return was sent back to me more than 20 times and even after I kept revising it, they kept sending it back. There's no way to contact anyone to ask for help.

I had a part where I just wasn't sure what I was supposed to do even though the system walks you through it. I got paired with a live agent named Tamika who walked me through everything and made it so much less stressful. She was so great and amazing and we had my taxes done in a flash. Thank you Tamika and thank you Turbo Tax
