At to many points during filing this year i had to walk away from my laptop because the amount of times I had to identify myself or struggle to find information from last years return even though THEY HAVE ALL THAT INFO, why do i have to go through so much when this was meant to make filing easier?? NOT COMING BACK NEXT YEAR

The first year i did use the chat option and got an experts help but as the years gone by I feel like I have learned how to navigate the systems and easily do my taxes. I feel very accomplished after doing my taxes each year!
