Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used since 2004, but getting expensive You have gotten too expensive. I preferred the download version, but went with Live Basic, but was forced to change to Live Deluxe. Would like to have gone back to my old Download Deluxe, but couldn't find way to transfer my already completed work. Next year back to Download, or some other software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's good but I had more trouble than last year The app is good, but last year I had an easier time. This year, for some reason, it didn't include some earnings and I had to go back and manually enter them. Same with some losses. I don't know why.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed with live help After asking a fairly basic question that a so called expert should know, I was told that it was impossible to accomplish a certain task. After two minutes of searching the internet myself, I found out that it was very possible. Although I've been using TurboTax for years, I will not be using this part of TurboTax in the future.

Everything is autoprogrammed, the information is always correct and it's very easy to understand the process if you do have questions. I do miss *not* paying for their services but oh well.. my taxes are nice enough.
