Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great! I get anxiety when it is tax time. I do not like doing my own taxes; but they are simple and need to be done at home. So, my husband bugs me until I get them done. This time I put the wrong number in my employers box. They were rejected. Turbo Tax walked me through it and we got it fixed without much trouble at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a an excellent tool Tax time is an unnerving time for most. Turbo Tax helps to ease anxious feelings about how you document your taxes. This year I had a lot of questions and opted to buy the next product up. I was connected to Jorge who has 10 years of CPA experience. I received a call from him immediately after requesting such online and he provided guidance and clear actions for me to take at next years tax time. Jorge stayed online with me until he felt I was okay to go on my own and I really appreciated his time and patience. This is not my first time using Turbo Tax, however, as stated above I had specific questions regarding my tax situation for this year. The program is very easy to navigate. You get explanation boxes for any of your actions you have taken. Also, I had the luxury this time if I felt uncomfortable to contact an expert. You are allowed to review your input before proceeding and left feeling confident once you've completed each screen. At this point Turbox Tax has been my go to tax product. The pricing is reasonable. I appreciate also having someone at my finger tips to ask questions and have them professionally answered. Once again, I a big thank you to Jorge.
