Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unfriendly UI and cost offerings Directly through your website, Premier is offered at $69. While working through my data the site only offers "Premier Live" which is an additional $100. Your website does not explain how to remove "Live" and gives you the impression if you downgrade you will lose the Premier functionality. I found that downgrading does not actually make you lose Premier functions, but you did not explain that during the review. Everyone should know that disputing the cost may offer you a filing discount as well, just for offering your comments.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still good but more problematic than in the past This is my third year using TurboTax to complete and file my Fed and state returns and the process has proved far more problematic than in the past. I was asked for my 1099-R and then to review it more than once and somehow managed to upload multiple copies of it from my laptop in the process. It was only with the help of someone using the chat function that I was able to complete the returns. Then, after my returns were electronically filed, I received an email notification that both had been rejected. When I logged back in to correct the problem, I learned that the Fed return was rejected because it didn't include my ID Pin, which I wasn't asked for before. I provided it and hope that that solves the problem.
