Rated 5 out of 5 by from Customer Service I kept Homa on the phone way too long!!! I cried to her. I told her about my life and how I thought I had a terminal illness and she told me to think of a happy place. I have never dealt with anyone so calm, sweet, patient and kind.

When I asked to be taken off full service I completed my return and it has taken over a week for it to process and when I called TurboTax they said it was because they were having trouble on their end. Still haven't gotten my returns processed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, easy, and user friendly! 9.5/10 It's only missing the 0.5 because of the CreditKarma Money Card ad...ya'll almost got me to sign up and send my refund over to a CreditKarma Money Card! Anyway, other than that, TurboTax is awesome sauce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable & Easy I started using TurboTax because I wanted to do my taxes in the comfort of my home and not have to make an appt and wait for someone else to be available. I find TurboTax to be so easy to use. The opportunity to ask questions thru automated help & REAL people also throughout my paperwork is a very big plus. The website / program addresses EVERY situation & issue you could imagine. I recommend TurboTax to everyone !!
