Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT USER FRIENDLY Federal income tax return was okay to use, but using the PA state tax was confusing and not user-friendly. The information transferring from federal to state was confusing with our 1099 forms. if we had to add them or not, but they ended up being included in the W2 information?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won't let me file for free They claim to let you file for free but at the end said that I HAD to pay $39 to upgrade because I "overpaid in social security taxes" then proceeded to charge me a total of $117 after other fees that were not obvious.
