Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unexcused Extra Charge I was charged with Federal and Maryland. Then I was charged an extra $39.00 for, the option to pay with a refund. I refuse to pay with a credit card. Unacceptable. That's my choice to pay with a credit card. Since I didn't use my credit card you tack on an extra $39.00. You charged me an unexpected amount. The total comes to 117.00 for no reason. Very disappointed. I have been filing with Turbo Tax for now 8 years and now this is a problem. this is an eye opener to consider what to do next year.
