Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is still Good, but NOT GREAT There is way too much advertising now, language used in one area is not the same as used in another area and can cause confusion; especially for those new to Turbo Tax or doing their own taxes. You need to take a step back from self advertising and review the prompts and wording of your prompts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax doesn't make sense to me. I don't understand why I can't file my 2020 Minnesota return electronically because of a $1 underpayment penalty. My 2019 MN Tax was $5304. I paid $5304 in estimated taxes in 2020. My 2021 MN tax is $4291.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with state returns TurboTax needs to update their questions on state returns. I met the qualifying data for rental credit as asked by TurboTax for the state of Hawaii, but in actuality since I made more than $30K (which was not asked by TurboTax), I did NOT qualify for the rebate and had to completely delete my state return and start the state return from scratch- there was no way to edit that information. When I did that, several items regarding my W2 and reported childcare credits on the federal return were also messed up by the program. I've had a great experience with TurboTax in prior years, but will probably not use them next year.
