Rated 3 out of 5 by from e-File process on Desktop version was terrible When we went to e-File our tax return for 2022, we were prompted to make a payment for our refund (?) when is actuality, the payment was for the processing of the state tax return. There was no "purchase" as the window prompts alluded to. The language used in the explanation of the process needs to be clear. The user is not purchasing anything on their credit card or from their refund. The user is just paying the fee for processing the state tax return.
