Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cost is deceptive Turbo tax makes it sound like cost will be free, then you start filing and find out to get all your credits you have to upgrade. I upgraded in order to get my full refund but then you get charged an additional fee to pay with your refund. Will not be filing with turbo tax again next year. It costs the same to have a real person do the work for you.
