Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will never use this software again So frustrating to find the little documents that they ask for and then not have them count towards anything. They should say that if your numbers are above this percent of income please report here. I feel I am on a wild goose chase that doesn't end up mattering. Also, the 2.5% payment on the credit card of the taxes due totally negates any points you get! And finally, I made a mistake on my city returns and it was nearly impossible searching for where to fix this. I am just so frustrated and will try something different next year like the government based return.
