Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenges your true independence and patience I struggled a bit, as this is only my second year doing taxes "on my own" but I ca admit, that turbotax and it's resources make it super easy and accessible to find what I need and receive help if I don't understand something. I'm only 22 and there's a lot of things I didn't learn in high school so the fact that turbo tax has an easy website to navigate through along with the immediate help of experts through a chat or even phone call, I seek to use turbo each time I file in the future as well as recommending it to others who may have had issues with other tax firms or who may even want to try doing their taxes on their own!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Too Expensive for Seniors Once again, this year after helping my mother with her taxes, she is having to pay almost $90 for them to be completed with your product. She is on a limited income and her return is super simple. I believe you should have a price break for senior citizens who obviously are on a fixed income and owe nothing in taxes because they had very limited income.
